Tribolt has just completed its acquisition of JemStOrr's mining truck division at 3x revenue. Tribolt has successfully entered the he global $1B off highway truck market.
Mining trucks are among the most complex pieces of equipment in the world. They are commonly used round-the-clock, 24 X 7 in some of the most forbidding and remote environments on the planet, including deserts, severe cold and hot climates, in low trenches and in and around mountain ranges that can extend several thousand feet above sea level. Through this acquisition we can now offer our customers an even broader portfolio of products.
